Today we’re taking the first public step in a new direction for Plus±.
If you’ve worked with us before, you’ll know we’ve spent years designing, building and shipping software for startups, agencies and established businesses. Most of that work happened quietly—through contracts, referrals, embedded teams and one-off engagements. We focused on solving problems, not promoting ourselves.
Plus± changes that.
Rather than continuing as a collection of freelance projects and disconnected client work, we’re investing in a long-term studio with a clear way of working, our own products and a growing body of knowledge that we can share publicly. It’s a shift from simply delivering software to building a company around the principles we’ve developed over years of hands-on experience.
The website you’re looking at today is only the beginning. Over the coming months we’ll be expanding it with in-depth articles, case studies, product updates and a closer look at how we approach product design and software engineering. Everything will be documented here as it’s built.
Plus± is also becoming a product in its own right within the Boom Pow ecosystem. Alongside our own internal platform, Mission Control, we’re building the systems, workflows and tools that will support not only this studio, but future Boom Pow products as well.

Why it matters
For the first time, we’re putting as much energy into building our own business as we do into building software for our clients. The waitlist isn’t just an opportunity to hear when the full site launches—it’s the beginning of a more open, transparent way of working, where we share both what we build and why we build it.
What’s next
Our immediate focus is expanding the website with the Journal, publishing regular insights and documenting the evolution of Mission Control as the operational platform behind Plus±. From there, we’ll continue rolling out new services, case studies and the tools that will define the next chapter of Boom Pow.
