Plus± (also written PlusPlusMinus) is a brand of Boom Pow Limited. The legal entity operates the Plus± service, enters into contracts with clients, and issues invoices. The name on this website and the name on your invoice refer to the same company.

Business hours

General enquiries are monitored during normal Hong Kong business hours. Support requests submitted through the client dashboard are prioritised according to your subscription plan.

About Plus±

Plus± provides product design and frontend development as a subscription, primarily to SaaS founders and software companies. Work is delivered asynchronously through a client dashboard, on a request-by-request basis. Most client communication takes place through the dashboard rather than scheduled meetings or long email threads. What we do — and what we deliberately don't — is described on our How it works page; the commercial details live in our Terms of Service.

Intellectual property

Briefly, because our Terms of Service cover this properly:

• The content of this website — text, design, and code — belongs to Plus± unless stated otherwise.
• Our logos, branding, and trademarks may not be used without prior written permission.
• Client work belongs to clients, as set out in the Terms.
• Third-party trademarks mentioned anywhere on this site remain the property of their respective owners.
• Open-source software we use or ship remains under its own licence.
